question:Hello, For the last week or so I have had ear pain in my right ear.It does come and go but seems to be worse when I stand up. At times, my left head will also having a stabbing pain. I have also had daily headaches (unusual for me) and some jaw and neck pain, which also comes and goes. Is this something that requires immediate attention? Any ideas what it could be?

question:Yesterday, I had a feeling in my head like cold air was going to my sinus on right top right of my head for several hours yesterday. I narowed the pain or weird feeling down to taking in air in my right nostrel. I eventually fell asleep and I do not have that sensation this morning.

question:went to the ER with severe abdominal pain just below the sternum. Fells like there's something stuck there. They ran x-ray and ultrasound and found nothing. No gall baldder or ruptures. I'm still in lot of pain as before and constantly feel like i need to use the bathroom for #2 but nothing. please help.

I would advise you to undergo upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy if medical treatment does not help you. Concentric diffuse disc bulge with posterior central propensity and annular tear and mild ligamentum flavum thickening is seen at L5-s1 invertibral disc level causing mild lumber canal stenosis and resulting in compression of bilateral traversing nerve roots. Mild lower lumber ligamentum flavum thickening is seen, Screening of spine reveals straightening of cervical curvature with maintained dorsal curvature with degenrative changes in the form of small anterior marginal osteophytes from C4 to D1 vertebral bodies. There is partial loss of T2W hyperintensity seen at mid cervical and upper dorsal intervertebral disc- suggestive of disc desiccation.

question:my hands have been shaky lately it starts when I wake and can last for hours. I have a problems getting my self together and don t feel like myself. My mother died after suffering from strokes, many years in a wheelchair before dying from cancer. I rarely drink, a glass of wine occasionally. I have gestational diabetes 25 years ago. other problem my thyroid has been enlarged for many years 10 haven t seen a doc in several years.
