question:I get painful lumps on my toes and feet every year at the same time and it lasts the same time every year as well. Its been happening for about 5 years now. I find it awkward that it's seasonal. Its different toes and different parts of my foot every year. Specifically this year, it's my baby toe and big toe on my right foot. It's so painful and swollen it actually feels as if it's broken, however, it is not. My baby toe is so swollen its starting to look deformed and it's discolored (redish-purple). Any idea's on what this might be?

question:I got the pertussis vaccine a couple days ago and last night noticed a tender, movable, hard, ball just above my collarbone. I remember this happening about 10 yrs ago when I got a flu shot in the same arm, in which I had a soft tissue injury in that shoulder just before the injection. This time the ball is much more sore. Could it be a single lymph node, building immunity? Is this common, and should I see a doctor?

question:I have 2 small reddish bumps under my left eye. It almost goes away and then returns. I have never had any skin problems, do not take any meds. I hadan extensive outbreak of cold sores earlier this summer due to the sun. I did not realize that was the root of my problem at first and have avoided that situation. They have all cleared up but I now have this prob could it be related? They do not come to a head and are not weepy but they do burn at times and itch.

question:My 2 yr old has a large lump where his adam s apple would be is this normal? He also has been vomiting on almost a daily bases since he was born. I have taken him to the doctor many times and they have not been able to find what is causing him to vomit. Could the lump and the vomiting have something to do with one another?
